Waldir DaCosta, owner, has applied for a Special Permit under Chapter 282 Sections 3.3.3, 3.3.5, 4.1, and 9.3 of the Ashland Bylaws to allow the reconstruction/replacement of a single-family residential structure on a pre-existing non-conforming 4,500 sq. ft. lot with 50 foot frontage, and where the proposed structure will encroach into the required 30 foot front and 10 foot side setbacks. Petitioner seeks relief from the minimum 125 ft. frontage and 20,000 sq. ft. lot size. The property is located at 10 Waushakum Avenue in the Residential B Zoning District. A public hearing will be held on July 25th, 2017 at 7:05 PM in the Board of Selectmen’s Room located at Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA.
