Pesticides & Chemical Hazards
On December 15, 2015, the Ashland Board of Health adopted Organic Pest Management Regulations. These Regulations were created and passed thanks to the dedicated research of former Board of Health Member, Ed Hart, whose commitment in bringing awareness to this important public health issue was instrumental.

Mr. Hart's research was documented in a Pesticide Booklet, which is kept in the Board of Health Office. Sections of the Pesticide Booklet are also listed below.
TRICLOPYR - An herbicide that is a safe alternative to Glyphosate (Round-up), can be purchased online and home improvement retail stores.
