SUBJECT: Failed Rubbish and Recycling Pickup Today
Ashland’s Rubbish and Recycling service provider (Waste Management) failed to complete today’s route. Waste Management (W/M) shall return on Monday to complete the route.
At this point, it is unclear where the breakdown occurred. Town Officials do not know if it was due to an equipment or a driver’s issue. W/M informed the Town that they will get back to us on Monday in order to provide more information “on the breakdown and what their resolution will be going forward”.
Please accept our apology for the late notification, Waste Management’s failure to complete today’s route, and the extended delay until Monday.
