We need to close Summer Street at 8:30 AM tomorrow. We have no other choice. Local traffic can access Summer Street from Esty Street or Park Street if necessary. We will do the best we can to direct delivery trucks and patrons accessing Summer Street from Esty or Park. But it will be a huge inconvenience to the businesses on Summer Street unfortunately. Hopefully the Contractor makes great progress tomorrow to minimize the impacts. We will get this section of roadway open as soon as possible.
Police officers will be on site to assist. I will send out an update tomorrow night. Thank you for your patience.
