Progress for the week of October 17-21 the Contractor completed installation of the sewer main in Main St at the intersection of Leland Avenue and Clyde Rd and has started installation of the new sewer main on Clyde Rd. The 12” water main in Main St has also been replaced. Temporary paving has been done in the Fenwal property and the Main St intersection.
During the week of October 24-28 work will continue in Main St. with the installation of a new hydrant and the connection into Leland Ave. Work will continue in Clyde Rd on the sewer main installation. Clyde Rd. will continue to be closed to through traffic during the week. Final connections to the new water main in the Fenwal property will be started. Traffic detours will remain in effect through Wednesday October 26. Ashland Police will be on site to direct traffic around the work area. Work is anticipated to begin in Christy Lane the week of October 31.
