  • The Board of Health is located on the second floor of Town Hall and we look forward to meeting you and answering any questions that may relate to public and environmental health issues in your community.

  • Septic system files are available at the Board of Health Office. Please contact us to set up a file for a file review.

  • The municipal water is regulated and tested to meet State requirements by the Water and Sewer Department. They can be reached at 508-881-0120, ext. 7943. This Department also publishes an annual report sent to all Water Customers.

  • If your well was permitted after 1986, then we have records.

  • The septic system needs immediate service to prevent any above ground sewage. An engineer is needed to conduct soil tests and design a replacement septic system.

  • The Board of Health may be contacted to obtain the appropriate forms. We are always in need for volunteers to serve on the MRC.
