Stone Park Music Festival

Stone Park is in the heart of Ashland in Massachusetts, saturated with the dense history of its town and surrounded by beautiful nature. The Stone Park Music Festival was established in 2022 by pianist Grace Soonjoo Moon, who has visions of serving the community with music and understanding the benefits of classical music in society. The Stone Park Music Festival is an outdoor classical music concert featuring soloists, ensembles, and orchestras. Classical music helps enhance emotional intelligence and cognitive function and improves mental and brain health. The festival will cultivate well-being in the community and also bring joy through classical music as we celebrate the harmony between nature and music, and it will foster interest in classic music and make it more approachable.

NEW LOCATION- MEET AT LIBRARY Join photographer Steve McGrath out in the "field" for this new monthly series. Learn how to use your various devices to take the best nature photographs that you can! On the first Saturday of the month, we'll meet at various places around Ashland (and beyond) and Steve will assist you in how to get the best light, best angles, and how to pay attention to your surroundings to find magic all around. We're so excited for this series to begin!

Crafty Saturday in the Children's Room *for children ages 4 & up

Drop in to the Children's Room for a different craft each week! Craft projects will be aimed at children 5 and older.
