320 Pond Street - Chase 


The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. The Planning Board will hear the petition of JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. requesting Site Plan Review and Design Plan Review per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, 9.6 (Design Plan Review) and 9.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is proposing to development on the existing site of 320 Pond Street a financial institution Chase Bank will operate internally within typical banking hours with a secure ATM vestibule open 24 hours a day. The overall project site is 38,333 square feet, and the adaptive work will consist of exterior improvements, pedestrian safety, and property maintenance. The property in question is located at 320 Pond Street, Assessors Map 26, Lot 209 and is within the base zoning district Highway Commerce and overlay zoning district Pond Street Mixed Use Overlay District (PSMUOD).
