NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
TOWN OF ASHLAND
The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. This Public Meeting can also be joined via Zoom video conference; please see the Planning Board Agenda for this link.
The Planning Board will meet to discuss the petition of WinnDevelopment Company Limited Partnership, 1 Washington Mall Suite 500, Boston, MA 02108 requesting a Special Permit Modification & Site Plan Modification per Chapter 282, Sections 9.3 (Special Permits) and 9.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is requesting a one (1) year extension of time from the deadline set forth on the decisions dated November 12, 2024. They are also requesting to use natural gas for domestic hot water in order to achieve Passive House certification, a sustainability standard that exceeds the requirements outlined in the Special Permit and Site Plan decisions. The property in question is located at 501 Pond St, Assessors Map 29, Lot 151, in the Highway Commerce District.
