NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF ASHLAND

The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. This Public Hearing can also be joined via Zoom video conference; please see the Planning Board Agenda for this link. 

The Planning Board will hear the petition of T-Mobile, 15 Commerce Way, Norton, MA 02766 requesting Special Permit and Special Permit Modification per Chapter 282, Sections 6.4 (Wireless Communication Facilities) and 9.3 of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant seeks to remove six (6) existing antennas and install six (6) new antennas, ancillary equipment, collar mounts and ground equipment. There is no proposed changed to the tower height or compound size. The proposal includes the installation of 5G-capable equipment. The property in question is located at 117 Oregon Road, Assessors Map 1, Lot 38-00-000, in the Residential “A” District.
