Filing Fees
Ashland Local Filing Fees
The Town share of the State filing fee, the Local filing fee, and the Stormwater Management filing fee (if applicable) shall be written to the Town of Ashland on separate checks. Category filing fees are by activity. Descriptions of category types mirror the categories found in 310 CMR 10.03 (7)(c).
Legal notices will be posted by the Ashland Conservation Commission to the Metrowest Daily News. The Applicant is required to pay this fee. USA Today Media Co. (FKA Gannett Media) requires prepayment of legal ads to be arranged by phone. If the Applicant already has an account set up with the paper, an invoice will be sent by mail to the Applicant (billing is always directed towards the Applicant unless otherwise noted). The Applicant is responsible for contacting USA Today Media Co. by phone with the information provided by the Conservation Department, in order to arrange payment before the ad is published. If the ad is not paid by the specified deadline, the ad will not run, and the hearing will have to be rescheduled.
