Brief Project Description: The West Union Street ROW project is a Town Project, filed by the Town of Ashland's Department of Public Works. The project consists of construction of a sidewalk along West Union Street to connect the Ashland Community Center to the Ashland Middle School. The project will provide about 1,380 linear feet of 5-ft wide sidewalk with granite curbing along the eastern side of West Union Street between State Park Road and Indian Spring Road
