Brief Description: Construction of a dog park at 0 Memorial Drive in Ashland, Map 14 Parcel 138. The property is approximately 122.5 acres in size. About 1 acre of this property will be developed; 16,000 sq foot large dog area and 2,000 sq foot small dog area. The developed areas will be fenced in and consist of a rice stone surface, except for a portion of the large dog area to remain natural. A 20-space asphalt parking area will be constructed, along with an ADA accessible ramp, concrete sidewalks, and concrete pads facilitating the park entrance, dog waste receptacles, and water bottle fillers.
