Brief Description: After-the-fact permitting in response to an Enforcement Order issued by the Ashland Conservation Commission for a shed, a wooden footbridge, and tree removals within BVW, Bank, LUWW, Riverfront Area, BLSF, Buffer Zone, and No Disturb Zone. Also requests permit for the installation of a 200-square foot wetland replication area proposed as mitigation for the after-the-fact work described above.
Revision (6/25/2025): Revised proposal to move the shed outside of the BVW and 25-ft No Disturb Zone to an area which does not require clearing of large vegetation. In lieu of the previously-proposed wetland replication area, the applicant is proposing to restore and replant the area where the shed currently lies.
