Brief Description: 40B Development; the redevelopment of the existing, historical Mill Site into a five-level, 54,050 sq-ft residential, multi-unit (250 units) building with associated site improvements. The proposed redevelopment also includes the structural restoration and adaptive reuse of two historic northern mill buildings for commercial and retail occupancy.
